CVSS v3.1 |
| Semantic MediaWiki from 2.5.0 before 7.3.1 contains an uncontrolled resource consumption vulnerability that allows low-privilege editors to bypass smwgMaxNumRecurringEvents by supplying a large limit parameter. Attackers can save pages using #set_recurring_event without an end date to generate thousands or millions of date subobjects, exhausting CPU, memory, and database resources. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
xen/gntalloc: validate grant count before allocation
gntalloc_ioctl_alloc() allocates the grant-id array before checking
whether the requested count fits within the global grant limit. Counts
above that limit cannot succeed, so reject them before the
user-controlled allocation reaches kcalloc().
Use a subtraction-based check while holding gref_mutex so adding the
requested count cannot wrap. Also cast the count before advancing the
per-file index so the page-size multiplication is performed in 64-bit
arithmetic. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
ALSA: ctxfi: Fix memory leakage when clearing DAO input mappers
Commit e576e7843c0d ("ALSA: ctxfi: Simplify dao_clear_{left,right}_input() functions")
centralized the DAO input mapper clearing logic in
dao_clear_input(), but omitted the kfree() calls.
It removes the mapper entries from the list and sets their pointers
to NULL without freeing the allocated array. This leaks memory each
time dao_clear_input() is called.
Store the base pointer of the allocation before clearing the mapper
entries and free the array after removing entries from the list. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
fs: Free any excess xarray nodes in clear_inode()
For many years we've had a hard to hit leak of xarray nodes. Hugh
documented it well in commit 786b31121a2c. Recently people and
syzbot have found ways to force it to happen with madvise. Rather
than fix the leaks where they happen, just call xa_destroy() which
has the side-effect of cycling the i_pages lock. |
| The issue was addressed with improved checks. This issue is fixed in macOS Golden Gate 27.2, macOS Sequoia 15.8.2, macOS Tahoe 26.7.2. A malicious application may be able to bypass Privacy preferences. |
| Autobahn Python is a WebSocket and WAMP implementation for Python that supports Twisted and asyncio. From 26.7.1 until 26.10.1, PerMessageBrotli.decompress_message_data in compress_brotli.py calls the Brotli decompressor without an output limit and checks maxMessagePayloadSize only after a complete frame has been inflated. An unauthenticated WebSocket client can send a small, highly compressed frame that allocates hundreds of MiB before rejection, causing memory-exhaustion denial of service on servers that enable the opt-in permessage-brotli feature through the compress extra. Deflate and bzip2 already enforce the remaining output budget and are outside this residual vulnerability. This issue is fixed in version 26.10.1. |
| A vulnerability was found in TOTOLINK A950RG 4.1.2cu.5268_B20221104. This impacts the function getDeviceInfo of the file /var/lib/misc/udhcpd.leases of the component device-information Handler. The manipulation of the argument MAC address results in command injection. The attack can be launched remotely. The exploit has been made public and could be used. |
| Seroval facilitates JavaScript value stringification, including complex structures beyond JSON.stringify capabilities. From 1.4.1 until 1.6.8, fromJSON and fromCrossJSON do not require an array node's element list to be an actual array. A small crafted payload can supply an attacker-controlled length that determines memory allocation and decoder iterations independently of payload size, allowing an unauthenticated request to exhaust the process or block its thread. This issue is a residual bypass of the remediation for CVE-2026-23957. This issue is fixed in version 1.6.8. |
| A vulnerability was determined in TOTOLINK A950RG 4.1.2cu.5268_B20221104. Affected is the function apmib_set of the file firewall.so. This manipulation causes command injection. The attack may be initiated remotely. The exploit has been publicly disclosed and may be utilized. |
| Go JOSE provides an implementation of the Javascript Object Signing and Encryption set of standards in Go, including support for JSON Web Encryption (JWE), JSON Web Signature (JWS), and JSON Web Token (JWT) standards. Prior to 4.1.6, go-jose parses attacker-controlled RSA modulus and prime values from JWKs without enforcing size and consistency bounds before passing them to crypto/rsa.PrivateKey.Validate. On Go 1.24 and later, crafted large or degenerate RSA parameters can make that validation consume cubic CPU time, allowing remote denial of service in applications that parse JWKs from untrusted sources. This issue is fixed in version 4.1.6. |
| SLE API for Java is an implementation of CCSDS Space Link Extension Services. Prior to 5.1.7, the ISP1 PDU handling path decodes an attacker-controlled body length and allocates a byte array without an upper bound, while malformed or truncated input can also terminate reads unexpectedly, allowing an unauthenticated client of the SLE listening service to trigger exceptions, resource leakage, and denial of service. This issue is fixed in version 5.1.7. |
| Libreswan in FIPS mode has a vulnerability where badly formed received certificates are rejected, but not deleted from the NSS cache. As a result, any real certificates with the same serial number are rejected as well. This can be abused to lock out legitimate peers from connecting. The add_decoded_cert() function missed a call to CERT_DestroyCertificate() due to an incorrect fix for CVE-2026-14957. Sending bogus certificates with new serial numbers could prevent the real certificates with those serial numbers from connecting until the service has restarted. |
| Tornado is a Python web framework and asynchronous networking library. Prior to 6.6, Tornado's HTTP header parser accepts obsolete line folding and repeatedly concatenates short continuation lines, causing quadratic CPU consumption on the IOLoop thread. An unauthenticated client can submit a header block containing many obsolete line-folding continuations before application code runs, blocking other connections served by the process. The cost grows with max_header_size, and only availability is affected. This issue is fixed in version 6.6. |
| A vulnerability has been found in TOTOLINK A950RG 4.1.2cu.5268_B20221104. This affects the function setCloudUpgradeFW of the file lib/cste_modules/upgrade.so of the component Cloud Upgrade. The manipulation of the argument FileName leads to command injection. The attack can be initiated remotely. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. |
| OW2 ASM 3.1 before 9.11 contains an excessive memory allocation vulnerability in the asm-commons AdviceAdapter that allows attackers to exhaust memory by supplying crafted class files. Attackers can craft bytecode with many forward jump targets in constructors, causing unbounded stack copies in forwardJumpStackFrames and allocation of hundreds of megabytes, leading to denial of service. |
| OW2 ASM 3.0 before 9.11 contains an uncontrolled recursion vulnerability in SignatureReader.parseType() that allows attackers to exhaust the stack via deeply nested generic type signatures. Attackers can supply a crafted class file with a long Signature attribute containing many nested type arguments to trigger a StackOverflowError during class transformation, causing denial of service. |
| A flaw was found in DPDK lib/vhost. Memory size is not adequately validated before mmap during vhost memory-region setup, which can lead to a host crash or memory corruption. |
| Tornado is a Python web framework and asynchronous networking library. Prior to 6.6.0, Tornado decodes HTTP/1.1 chunked transfer encoding by processing body data that has already arrived without yielding to the event loop. A remote unauthenticated peer can send millions of one-byte chunks to monopolize the process event loop and stall every other connection served by that process, while lowering max_body_size only limits the duration of each request. For handlers that do not use @stream_request_body, retaining each chunk as a separate object can consume roughly twenty times the received body size, and SimpleAsyncHTTPClient has the same event-loop behavior when reading a response from a malicious server. This issue is fixed in version 6.6.0. |
| ImageMagick before 7.1.2-33 contains a memory leak vulnerability in the magick compare command caused by missing cleanup when an operation fails. Attackers can supply inputs that trigger repeated failed compare operations to exhaust memory and cause denial of service. |
| ImageMagick before 7.1.2-33 contains a memory leak vulnerability in PerlMagick that fails to free values returned when reading image properties. Attackers can repeatedly trigger property reads through five affected PerlMagick code locations to exhaust memory and cause denial of service. |
