CVE-2026-89098 2 Nfs, Redhat 4 Nfs-utils, Enterprise Linux, Openshift and 1 more 2026-10-19 5.5 Medium
A flaw was found in nfs-utils. The fsidd daemon improperly handles input received over its local domain socket by relying on program assertions to verify command arguments. A local user can exploit this vulnerability by sending a malformed request lacking the required arguments to trigger an assertion failure. This causes the daemon to crash, resulting in a Denial of Service (DoS) for filesystem identifier lookup services until restarted.
CVE-2026-104040 3 Fedoraproject, Redhat, Sssd 5 Sssd, Enterprise Linux, Openshift and 2 more 2026-10-16 4.4 Medium
A flaw was found in SSSD. When configured with the Entra ID identity provider, input lookup names containing single quotes are not properly escaped before being included in Microsoft Graph Open Data Protocol (OData) queries. A low-privileged local user can exploit this flaw by submitting a crafted search request, altering query filters to broaden user or group searches. This can lead to information disclosure by retrieving unintended directory objects, as well as a Denial of Service (DoS) through excessive processing and cache population.
CVE-2026-104037 2 Redhat, Sssd 4 Enterprise Linux, Openshift, Openshift Container Platform and 1 more 2026-10-16 5.5 Medium
A flaw was found in SSSD. A local attacker can exploit this issue by sending a specially crafted request with an invalid packet length to the autofs responder UNIX socket. This causes an integer underflow and an out-of-bounds memory read, which can crash the responder process and result in a denial of service (DoS).
CVE-2026-75939 1 Redhat 2 Openshift, Openshift Container Platform 2026-10-15 7.4 High
A flaw was found in openshift/oc-mirror. The tool incorrectly verifies PGP (Pretty Good Privacy) release image signatures by checking for signature errors before the entire signed body is processed, leading to a bypass of the signature verification. A remote attacker, by intercepting or manipulating network traffic to the signature endpoint, could exploit this to craft a PGP message with a valid Red Hat release key ID but a forged signature. This enables the `oc-mirror` tool to accept and mirror a malicious release payload into a disconnected registry, potentially compromising the integrity of software deployments.

CVE-2018-14720 4 Debian, Fasterxml, Oracle and 1 more 21 Debian Linux, Jackson-databind, Banking Platform and 18 more 2026-10-15 N/A
FasterXML jackson-databind 2.x before 2.9.7 might allow attackers to conduct external XML entity (XXE) attacks by leveraging failure to block unspecified JDK classes from polymorphic deserialization.
CVE-2018-12115 2 Nodejs, Redhat 5 Node.js, Openshift, Openshift Application Runtimes and 2 more 2026-10-15 N/A
In all versions of Node.js prior to 6.14.4, 8.11.4 and 10.9.0 when used with UCS-2 encoding (recognized by Node.js under the names `'ucs2'`, `'ucs-2'`, `'utf16le'` and `'utf-16le'`), `Buffer#write()` can be abused to write outside of the bounds of a single `Buffer`. Writes that start from the second-to-last position of a buffer cause a miscalculation of the maximum length of the input bytes to be written.
CVE-2018-12023 5 Debian, Fasterxml, Fedoraproject and 2 more 20 Debian Linux, Jackson-databind, Fedora and 17 more 2026-10-15 N/A
An issue was discovered in FasterXML jackson-databind prior to 2.7.9.4, 2.8.11.2, and 2.9.6. When Default Typing is enabled (either globally or for a specific property), the service has the Oracle JDBC jar in the classpath, and an attacker can provide an LDAP service to access, it is possible to make the service execute a malicious payload.
CVE-2026-2340 2 Redhat, Samba 10 Enterprise Linux, Enterprise Linux Eus, Openshift and 7 more 2026-10-15 6.5 Medium
A flaw was found in Samba’s vfs_worm module. The module is intended to provide write-once, read-many (WORM) protections by preventing modification of files after a configurable grace period. Due to insufficient validation during rename operations, an authenticated user with write access to a share could overwrite a protected file by renaming a newly created file over the existing WORM-protected file.
CVE-2026-3012 2 Redhat, Samba 10 Enterprise Linux, Enterprise Linux Eus, Openshift and 7 more 2026-10-15 8 High
A flaw was found in Samba’s certificate auto-enrollment Group Policy handling. When certificate auto-enrollment is enabled, Samba may retrieve a CA certificate over an unencrypted HTTP connection and install it into the local trust store without proper verification. An attacker with the ability to intercept or redirect network traffic could exploit this behavior to supply a malicious certificate authority certificate, potentially allowing interception or spoofing of trusted communications.
CVE-2026-94640 1 Redhat 3 Enterprise Linux, Openshift, Openshift Container Platform 2026-10-15 7.5 High
A flaw was found in rpcbind. This vulnerability allows a remote, unauthenticated attacker to cause a Denial of Service (DoS) by sending a large number of unique requests. The rpcbind service records previously unseen RPC (Remote Procedure Call) statistics in unbounded in-memory lists, leading to persistent memory growth and increased CPU usage. This can degrade or exhaust service availability.
CVE-2026-5419 2 Gnu, Redhat 13 Gnutls, Cert Manager, Discovery and 10 more 2026-10-14 3.7 Low
A flaw was found in gnutls. The PKCS#7 padding check, performed during decryption, was not constant-time. This timing side-channel could allow a remote attacker to potentially leak sensitive information about the padding bytes through observable timing differences. This vulnerability is a form of information disclosure.
CVE-2026-3832 2 Gnu, Redhat 10 Gnutls, Cert Manager, Discovery and 7 more 2026-10-14 3.7 Low
A flaw was found in gnutls. A remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability by presenting a specially crafted Online Certificate Status Protocol (OCSP) response during a TLS handshake. Due to a logic error in how gnutls processes multi-record OCSP responses, a client with OCSP verification enabled may incorrectly accept a revoked server certificate, potentially leading to a compromise of trust.
CVE-2025-6170 2 Redhat, Xmlsoft 18 Ai Inference Server, Cert Manager, Discovery and 15 more 2026-10-14 2.5 Low
A flaw was found in the interactive shell of the xmllint command-line tool, used for parsing XML files. When a user inputs an overly long command, the program does not check the input size properly, which can cause it to crash. This issue might allow attackers to run harmful code in rare configurations without modern protections.
CVE-2025-14831 2 Red Hat, Redhat 18 Enterprise Linux, Ai Inference Server, Ceph Storage and 15 more 2026-10-14 5.3 Medium
A flaw was found in GnuTLS. This vulnerability allows a denial of service (DoS) by excessive CPU (Central Processing Unit) and memory consumption via specially crafted malicious certificates containing a large number of name constraints and subject alternative names (SANs).
CVE-2026-48864 2 Opensuse, Redhat 23 Libsolv, Cert Manager, Discovery and 20 more 2026-10-14 7.8 High
A flaw was found in libsolv. This heap buffer overflow occurs during the decompression of attacker-controlled compressed data within `.solv` files due to insufficient input validation. An attacker can provide a specially crafted `.solv` file, which, when processed by a vulnerable application, can lead to out-of-bounds memory access. This could result in information disclosure, alteration of program execution, or a denial of service.
CVE-2026-42015 1 Redhat 16 Cert Manager, Discovery, Enterprise Linux and 13 more 2026-10-14 5.3 Medium
A flaw was found in gnutls. An off-by-one error exists in the PKCS#12 bag element bounds check. This vulnerability allows an remote attacker to write past the internal array of a PKCS#12 bag when appending to a bag that already contains 32 elements. This memory corruption could lead to a denial of service (DoS) or potentially other unspecified impacts.
