CVSS v3.1 |
| Renovate before 44.79.0 contains a server-side request forgery vulnerability that allows users to make the shared HTTP client request arbitrary internal URLs via extends presets or customDatasources. Attackers can point a preset at an instance metadata service endpoint to obtain AWS credentials or leak sensitive information through Renovate logs. |
| Helium is a free online student planner for classes, homework, grades, and notes. Prior to 2.2.60, any authenticated user can submit an arbitrary URL to POST /feed/externalcalendars/, where helium/feed/services/icalexternalcalendarservice.py uses validate_url to check only URL syntax before passing the value to urllib.request.urlopen, and fetch_ical_conditional periodically refetches the stored URL. The server can therefore issue requests to attacker-selected external or internal hosts, while distinct responses, including an uncaught http.client.RemoteDisconnected condition for non-HTTP services, reveal internal host and port reachability. The supported impact is forced outbound requests and internal service reconnaissance; the advisory does not demonstrate secret retrieval because the relevant ECS credentials path is task-specific and unpredictable. This issue is fixed in version 2.2.60. |
| JobOps through 0.13.1 contains a server-side request forgery vulnerability in the POST /api/manual-jobs/fetch handler that allows authenticated users, or unauthenticated clients in demo mode, to make the server fetch internal destinations. Attackers can supply loopback, private, or cloud metadata addresses in the url field to read returned page content, disclosing instance metadata and internal service data. |
| ValueCell through 0.1.20 contains an unauthenticated server-side request forgery vulnerability that allows remote attackers to direct backend requests by setting an unvalidated provider base_url. Attackers can set base_url via the provider config endpoint and trigger POST /api/v1/models/check to reach internal or metadata addresses, read error responses, and capture stored provider API keys. |
| RedAmon through 7.0.1 contains an unauthenticated server-side request forgery vulnerability in the agent POST /tradecraft/verify endpoint because validate_url checks only the initial hostname. Attackers can submit a public URL that redirects or DNS-rebinds to internal addresses like cloud metadata services, receiving fetched content through the model-generated summary. |
| JuggleIM im-server through 1.8.16 contains a weak password hashing vulnerability that stores admin console passwords as unsalted SHA-1 digests via tools.SHA1 in services/accountservice.go. Attackers who obtain the accounts table through database access or backups can crack console passwords using precomputed tables or GPU brute force. |
| AliasVault is a privacy-first password manager with built-in email aliasing. Prior to 0.30.3, the AliasVault server API favicon extractor validates a user-supplied hostname with a first DNS lookup but allows the HTTP client to perform a second DNS lookup when connecting. An authenticated low-privileged user operating an attacker-controlled authoritative DNS server can return a public address during validation and a private address during connection, causing a publicly reachable self-hosted server to issue HTTP or HTTPS requests to internal hosts. A valid image response is returned in Base64 form, while other responses can expose limited timing and error information for internal-network reconnaissance. Exploitation requires a publicly reachable self-hosted instance with public registration enabled, an authenticated AliasVault account, an attacker-controlled authoritative DNS server, and a resolver that permits rebinding; default checks limit requests to ports 80 and 443. The browser extensions, web application, and mobile applications are not affected. This issue is fixed in version 0.30.3. |
| Frappe Builder before 1.36.1 contains a server-side request forgery vulnerability in builder/api.py where the assert_not_private_url() guard validates only the initial hostname before callers invoke requests.get(url) with default redirect-following and no IP pinning, allowing an attacker-supplied public URL to HTTP-redirect to internal or link-local addresses the guard never validated. An authenticated attacker can call the convert_to_webp endpoint, which lacks a permission decorator, with a URL that redirects to internal targets such as cloud metadata services to perform SSRF, internal port scanning, or trigger a request-hang denial of service due to the missing timeout. |
| Use of Password Hash With Insufficient Computational Effort in the jose library allows an attacker who obtains a password-encrypted private-key export to recover the private key through an offline password-cracking attack.
When jose exports a password-encrypted private key with jose_jwk:to_der/2 (JOSE.JWK.to_der/2), the jose_jwk_der:to_binary/3 function in src/jwk/jose_jwk_der.erl serializes the key as a PKCS#8 EncryptedPrivateKeyInfo using the PBES2 scheme with hardcoded key-derivation parameters: PBKDF2-HMAC-SHA256 with an iteration count of 2048 and an 8-byte (64-bit) random salt. Neither value can be overridden by the caller.
Both values are far below current guidance (OWASP recommends on the order of 600,000 iterations for PBKDF2-HMAC-SHA256, and NIST recommends salts of at least 128 bits), so the key-stretching work factor is roughly 300 times lower than intended and the short salt reduces the cost of precomputation across keys. The symmetric encryption (AES-256-CBC with a 16-byte random IV) is not affected; the weakness is entirely in the derivation strength. An attacker who obtains one of these exported blobs (for example from a backup, configuration repository, object storage, or logs) can mount a cheap offline dictionary or brute-force attack against the export password, and success yields the full private key.
This issue affects jose: from 1.10.0 before 1.11.13. |
| fpdf2 is a PDF creation library for Python. Prior to 2.8.8, fpdf2's shared image loader automatically dereferences attacker-controlled HTTP(S) URLs and raw local paths supplied through FPDF.image(), FPDF.write_html() HTML <img src> values, SVG <image href> or xlink:href values, and template image fields. This can cause outbound requests to attacker-selected internal or external services and local file open attempts, although local content is exposed only when it is a valid supported image or SVG resource. file:// URLs are not specially handled, so the local-path case requires a raw filesystem path. This issue is fixed in version 2.8.8. |
| A flaw was found in GStreamer Editing Services (gst-editing-services). A GES project file can embed an arbitrary GStreamer pipeline description as an effect definition. When such a file is loaded, either explicitly by an editing application or automatically by a media player or file-manager thumbnailing service that uses GStreamer autoplugging, the pipeline description is parsed and instantiated without restriction on which elements may be used or which properties may be set. A remote attacker who can deliver a crafted project file to a victim's system can trigger reading or writing of arbitrary local files, issue outbound network requests to attacker-controlled servers, or cause the application to crash. Under certain conditions the file-write capability may be leveraged to achieve code execution. |
| Hidden functionality (undocumented backdoor) in the root-privileged 'assistant' daemon in DJI CrystalSky ZS600C firmware v0.3.9.7 through v0.6.6.9 on Android allows a physically-present attacker with USB access to execute arbitrary OS commands as root by sending the hard-coded magic string 'dji26656677' to the USB-gadget serial interface (/dev/ttyGS0), after which each subsequent line is passed to system(). |
| NiubiGEO before 0.3.2 contains an unauthenticated server-side request forgery vulnerability that allows remote attackers to make the server fetch internal addresses by supplying a crafted domain value to POST /audit-plan. Attackers can submit IP literals, localhost, or private and link-local hosts to read loopback, internal-network, or cloud metadata responses returned in the plan's siteEvidence JSON. |
| rotki before 1.44.2 contains a weak key derivation vulnerability that allows attackers to brute-force backups because the premium sync key is a single unsalted SHA-256 of the user password. Attackers who obtain an uploaded backup blob can run GPU-parallel offline password guessing and decrypt the database containing exchange API keys, secrets, wallet addresses and transaction history. |
| Frappe Builder versions before 1.36.1 contain a server-side request forgery vulnerability in the convert_to_webp API endpoint, which lacks the has_page_write access control applied to similar asset-ingest handlers and performs an unprotected requests.get call that follows redirects without re-validating resolved IP addresses. A low-privilege authenticated user can supply an image_url pointing to an internal address or use DNS rebinding and open redirects to make the server fetch internal network resources or cloud metadata endpoints, with successful image responses saved to a world-readable /files/ URL enabling data exfiltration or blind probing of internal hosts. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
netfs: Fix subreq ref leak
Fix a subrequest ref leak in netfs_unbuffered_write() in the event that
subreq->io_iter ends up zero length during preparation. |
| A security flaw has been discovered in Zylon PrivateGPT 1.0.0/1.0.1. This vulnerability affects the function load_file_from_uri of the file private_gpt/server/ingest/uri_loader.py of the component URI Artifact Loader. Performing a manipulation of the argument Value results in server-side request forgery. It is possible to initiate the attack remotely. The exploit has been released to the public and may be used for attacks. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
accel/amdxdna: put the chained BO when its mapping fails
amdxdna_cmd_set_error() looks up the first BO of a command chain, which
takes a reference, and drops it at the end of the function. The mapping of
that BO is established in between, and the failure path returns without the
put, so the reference is leaked.
Ordinary use does not reach it. The chain has been submitted before any of
this runs, so aie2_cmdlist_fill_slot() has already called
amdxdna_cmd_get_op() on that BO and amdxdna_gem_vmap() has cached its
address. What makes it reachable is that the BO is resolved again by
handle here, and the handle is userspace's to recycle: closing it after
submission and importing a dma-buf whose exporter implements no vmap onto
the same id leaves amdxdna_gem_get_obj() returning an object this cannot
map, since prime_import() types every import AMDXDNA_BO_SHARE. |
| Mattermost versions 11.7.x <= 11.7.10 fail to apply outbound internal-connection filtering to the OpenID discovery endpoint request which allows a System Administrator to determine whether internal addresses and ports are reachable from the server via an unauthenticated login request that triggers the discovery fetch.. Mattermost Advisory ID: MMSA-2026-00774 |
| A vulnerability was found in geesondog RhaPHP up to 7ae639ccf8dcb627faace096d030bd4cb4cfb905. Affected by this vulnerability is the function image of the file application/mp/controller/Show.php of the component Mp Module Media Proxy. The manipulation of the argument url results in server-side request forgery. The attack may be launched remotely. The exploit has been made public and could be used. This product operates on a rolling release basis, ensuring continuous delivery. Consequently, there are no version details for either affected or updated releases. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way. |
