CVSS v3.1 |
Dell iDRAC Service Module (iSM) for Windows, Dell iDRAC Service Module (iSM) for Linux, and Dell iDRAC Service Module (iSM) for ESXi, versions prior to 6.1.1.0, contains an Improper Control of Generation of Code ('Code Injection') vulnerability. A high privileged attacker with local access could potentially exploit this vulnerability, leading to Elevation of privileges.
Waline is a comment system with backend support. Prior to version 1.41.1, the login endpoint POST /api/token reads the email field from the request body without checking its type and passes it straight into the MongoDB storage query. When email is not a string (for example a JSON object such as {"$ne": null}), the MongoDB storage adapter's parseWhere silently DROPS the field rather than rejecting the request, producing an empty filter that matches ALL users. The endpoint then verifies the submitted password against the FIRST user returned (user[0]), which in Waline is the first-registered user — the site administrator. This is a PARTIAL authentication bypass, not a full one. The attacker still needs a valid password for that first user; this is not a zero-knowledge bypass and it does not disclose passwords. Its concrete effects are: (1) the email/identifier factor is removed for the administrator account, (2) user enumeration (a non-string email never fails the "no such user" branch), and (3) credential-stuffing amplification — an attacker can test a leaked or weak password against the administrator account without knowing the administrator's email. This issue has been patched in version 1.41.1.
Xibo is an open source digital signage platform with a web content management system and Windows display player software. Prior to 4.4.3, missing access-control checks on `PUT/DELETE /action/{id}` allow an authenticated user to modify or delete actions on any Layout. Exploitation requires the privilege to allow edits, including deletion, to all created Layouts, which is granted to non-administrators as standard. This issue concerns `Layout actions` rather than the separately reported DataSet export vulnerability. This issue is fixed in version 4.4.3.
Xibo is an open source digital signage platform with a web content management system and Windows display player software. Prior to 4.4.3, missing access-control checks on `GET /dataset/export/csv/{id}` allow an authenticated user to export data from any dataset, including datasets created by administrators, by iterating over `sequential dataset IDs`. Exploitation requires access to the privilege allowing edits, including deletion, to all created `DataSets` independently of Layouts. This privilege is not granted to non-administrators as standard. This issue is fixed in version 4.4.3.
Xibo is an open source digital signage platform with a web content management system and Windows display player software. Prior to 4.4.3, missing object-level authorization on `/notification/export/{id}` allows an authenticated user to download attachments from any notification, including notifications created by administrators, by iterating over `sequential notification IDs`. Exploitation requires access to the `Notification Centre` to view past notifications, a privilege granted to non-administrators as standard. This issue is fixed in version 4.4.3.
Xibo is an open source digital signage platform with a web content management system and Windows display player software. Prior to 4.4.3, missing authorization on `POST /displaygroup/criteria/{displayGroupId}` allows an authenticated user to send criteria updates to any display via `XMR`. These criteria determine schedule changes and can alter playback, for example by causing content scheduled for rainy weather to play when it is not raining. Exploitation requires `Schedule Criteria` to be in use on the CMS. This issue is fixed in version 4.4.3.
Xibo is an open source digital signage platform with a web content management system and Windows display player software. Prior to 4.4.3, missing access-control checks on `GET /layout/status/{id}` allow an authenticated user with any privileges to view the `status and metadata` of any layout, including layouts for which the user does not have view rights. This issue is fixed in version 4.4.3.
An Out-of-Bounds Read vulnerability in the HttpParser component in Juniper Networks Session Smart Router and Session Smart Conductor allows an attacker to cause a denial of service via a specially crafted HTTP request.
An Out-of-bounds Write vulnerability in the SSR TCP proxy/optimization path in Juniper Networks Session Smart Router allows an attacker to corrupt forwarded packet data and potentially cause a data-plane crash via a transit TCP packet with a crafted TCP option length.
An Out-of-Bounds Write vulnerability in the TCP header processing in Juniper Networks Session Smart Router allows an attacker to corrupt TCP payload data and potentially cause session desynchronization via a transit TCP packet with an oversized SACK option length.
An Out-of-Bounds Read vulnerability in the VRRP implementation in Juniper Networks Session Smart Router allows an L2-adjacent attacker to read stale memory contents or cause a system fault via a specially crafted VRRPv3 advertisement.
An Improper Initialization vulnerability in the SSR software in Juniper Networks Session Smart Router allows an attacker to decrypt traffic or cause a denial of service via security policy assignment.
| An Improper Link Resolution Before File Access ('Link Following') vulnerability in the unauthenticated web server handlers in Juniper Networks Session Smart Router and Session Smart Conductor allows a local unprivileged user to overwrite arbitrary files as root via unauthenticated API endpoints.
This vulnerability can be exploited on Mist-managed routers and on unmanaged Routers that have not yet been onboarded to a Conductor. Routers already managed by Conductor are not affected. |
An Insufficient Verification of Data Authenticity vulnerability in PCLI in Juniper Networks Session Smart Router and Session Smart Conductor allows an attacker with write access to the model cache directory to execute arbitrary code and escalate privileges via the processing of unverified cache files.
An Improper Neutralization of Special Elements used in an OS Command ('OS Command Injection') vulnerability in AccessManager in Juniper Networks Session Smart Router and Session Smart Conductor allows an attacker to perform arbitrary file deletion and arbitrary command execution via the deletion of an audit rule.
An Incorrect Permission Assignment for Critical Resource vulnerability in RoutingManager in Juniper Networks Session Smart Conductor allows a local user to access sensitive routing credentials via triggering processes that write to the /tmp directory.
An Improper Neutralization of Special Elements in Output Used by a Downstream Component ('Injection') vulnerability in the web server in Juniper Networks Session Smart Router and Session Smart Conductor allows an attacker to inject arbitrary HTTP headers via unsanitized request body parameters.
An Improper Neutralization of Special Elements used in an OS Command vulnerability in the AutomatedProvisioner in Juniper Networks Session Smart Conductor allows a remote attacker to execute arbitrary commands as root via a specially crafted salt minion ID.
An Improper Limitation of a Pathname to a Restricted Directory vulnerability in ConfigDirector in Juniper Networks Session Smart Router and Session Smart Conductor allows an authenticated REST user to read, overwrite, or delete arbitrary certificate and key files on the host filesystem via the certificate and private-key REST API.
A Stack Buffer Overflow vulnerability in the DHCP client in Juniper Networks Session Smart Router allows an unauthenticated attacker on the local network to achieve remote code execution via a malicious DHCP reply.
